How to book a court
Find a venue, choose a court and reserve your time.
What is court booking?
Court booking lets players request or reserve available court times at a venue. Use Find Court to choose where and when to play; a booking reserves court time, rather than joining a Club or a game session.
For players: step by step
- Open Find Court, choose a venue and review its available courts. Choose a date and select available court times.
- Review your selected courts, times and displayed total before submitting. Sign in when prompted. Availability is checked again when the booking is submitted, so a slot can become unavailable.
- If payment is required, select Submit Payment and follow the venue’s displayed instructions. Available payment methods depend on the venue. If instructions are missing, contact the venue before paying.
- For manual payment, upload a payment screenshot and enter the payment reference number, then submit the proof. A combined order uses one combined payment and one proof.
- Open My Bookings to check your status. Payment proof submission means awaiting owner review; it does not mean the booking is confirmed.
When is a booking confirmed?
A free slot can confirm immediately only when it does not require approval. Paid bookings and free slots that require approval begin pending. For manual payment, an authorized venue reviewer approves or rejects the proof; approval confirms the reservation. Check for a Confirmed status before treating the time as reserved for you.
Pending bookings and changes
A pending booking can occupy a slot while awaiting review. Check its status rather than assuming a fixed automatic expiry time. Use Change Booking or Cancel Booking when those actions are shown. Changing a booking depends on the replacement time being available.
For venue owners
Use Court Management to manage your courts and availability. Review booking requests and payment proof using the controls available to your role. Payment Settings are controlled by the venue owner; a player cannot approve their own payment.
Example and common question
If you submit proof for a paid court, the booking can still be awaiting verification. Wait for the venue’s decision and check My Bookings. CourtPal does not guarantee immediate confirmation or the same payment methods at every venue.
